Senior Project Manager – Commercial Construction

We are seeking a Senior Project Manager to lead multiple concurrent commercial construction projects for national clients across retail, light industrial, and infrastructure programs. This role is a key leadership position within our General Construction Division, responsible for driving project execution, financial performance, and client satisfaction from award through closeout.
The Senior Project Manager oversees budgets, schedules, subcontractor performance, procurement, and project documentation while working closely with Superintendents, project staff, and executive leadership. You will manage fast-paced, multi-site projects, maintain strict safety and quality standards, and serve as a primary point of contact for clients—ensuring projects are delivered profitably, on time, and to Arris’ operational standards.
This position is well suited for an experienced commercial construction professional who is hands-on, highly organized, and comfortable managing multiple projects simultaneously. Success in this role requires strong communication skills, sound financial judgment, and the ability to collaborate effectively across field teams, subcontractors, and leadership.
